Waura Membership & Loyalty Programme

1. Membership

Waura Membership is free to join.

Membership level is based on your Total Spend with Waura.

Once a higher membership level is reached, the level will remain active permanently, subject to Waura's programme terms.

2. Membership Benefits

Exclusive vouchers and special member offers may be available from time to time and are subject to the applicable promotion terms.

3. Loyalty Points

Members earn Points based on their membership level:

• MEMBER: RM1 = 1 Point
• PLUS: RM1 = 1.5 Points
• VIP: RM1 = 2 Points

Points are calculated based on the eligible purchase amount after applicable discounts or vouchers. Shipping fees do not earn Points.

100 Points = RM1

Points can be used to offset eligible future purchases. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

4. Store Credit & Loyalty Points

Store Credit and Loyalty Points may be used together on eligible purchases.

Any amount paid using Store Credit or Loyalty Points will not earn additional Loyalty Points.

Example:

Order total: RM129
Store Credit: RM50
Loyalty Points: RM20
Cash/Card payment: RM59

Only the RM59 paid by Cash/Card will be eligible for earning new Loyalty Points.

Store Credit is a separate benefit from Loyalty Points and is subject to Waura's Return & Exchange Policy.

5. Birthday Reward 🎂

Members must provide their date of birth when registering to be eligible for the Birthday Reward.

Birthday Rewards are issued once per year and are valid during the member's birthday month.

Birthday Rewards are valid for Regular-priced items only and cannot be used on Sale, Clearance or Promotional items.

• One voucher per member
• Cannot be combined with other discount vouchers or promotional discounts

7. Referral Rewards

Invite your friends to join Waura.

Your Friend Gets:

• RM10 OFF first purchase
• Minimum spend RM100
• +300 Points after successfully completing their first purchase

You Get:

• +500 Points after your referred friend successfully completes their first purchase

Referral rewards are subject to the applicable programme terms.

8. Social Sharing Reward ✨

Share your Waura experience on IG / XHS with your pretty pics & videos, whether you’re wearing Waura or unboxing your order, and tag us to earn 500 Points. ✨

Rewards are subject to Waura's submission requirements and approval.

9. Points Expiry

Loyalty Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded.

Expired Points cannot be reinstated.

10. Other Bonus Points

Additional Points may be awarded through referral rewards, special member promotions or other promotional campaigns.

Bonus Points are subject to the terms of each promotion.

11. General Terms

• Membership is limited to one account per customer.
• Waura reserves the right to verify membership, purchases, rewards and Points.
• Points or rewards obtained through fraudulent, abusive or unauthorised activity may be cancelled.
• Waura reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Membership & Loyalty Programme or any of its benefits when necessary.
• Programme benefits and terms may be updated from time to time.
